My Thoughts

The Soldier's Unexpected Family By Tanya Agler is part of the Harlequin Heartwarming line. When you read the heartwarming line you know you will get a sweet, clean romance. This book is part of the Heroines of Hollydale series. I have read one other book in the series, A Ranger for the Twins. You can see my review: HERE. In this story we meet Aiden Murphy and Natalie Harrison both care deeply for Danny. Both are strong characters as in they want to be the in charge guardian of Danny. Aiden thinks that he should, since he is his uncle. Natalie thinks that she should be because she was best friend's with Danny's mom.

Aiden is a military man - he is used to structure and order. Natalie is spontaneous and goes with the flow. These two characters are so determined to prove the other wrong and end up on top that it made me smile. During this process you can feel the romantic tension leap off the pages. The author has done a great job creating a fun town, with real world problems. Her characters are well written and comical.

I have enjoyed getting to know the people of Holly Dale. I wish that this town and characters were real. I received a copy of this book through Prism Book Tours. All thoughts are my own.
