My Thoughts

Yukon Wilderness Evidence is book five to

Crisis Rescue Team Series that is written by

Darlene L Turner.  This book starts off with heart pounding action and doesn’t stop thought the book. Keely Ash has been called to a scene where remains have been discovered. She is a botanist and has been consulting on cases

She’s very surprised to see her old flame, Brett at the scene. Then she is kidnapped. Brett has made a lot of mistakes and has some trust issues but when he sees Keely again he melts into a puddle. He’s very surprised to find out the at she’s had a child. His Child. When he realizes that Keely is in danger  he wants to make sure that he keeps her safe.

Keely can’t figure out who doesn’t want her poking around with the flowers and plants. She realizes she has become a target. Her mother, a judge, has a sharp tongue and disagrees of her work. Keely and Brett need to work through some things in order to stay alive.

The author has done a wonderful job in creating a backdrop where there’s so much action and suspense. I felt that I learned a lot about botany and what different plants and flowers can tell us. The characters are well developed, the book is well written, and definitely has a great amount of twist and turns. Thank you to the author, publisher, and JustRead publicity tours for allowing me to read a copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.
