My Thoughts
Manhunt-Only the Strong Survive is an Apocalyptic Fiction book that is written by Rena Groot. This was a quick read at a little over 200 pages. This book takes place after the rapture. I went back and read through Revelation and how the Bible outlines the end times and the author did a great job in staying true to the Bible.
The Anti-Christ has declared death over those who will not submit to their will. Josh finds himself separated from his family. They want to accuse him of a crime that he did not commit. His wife, has been taken in and they are using extreme techniques to get her to talk. I do love how they cling to their faith.
The book has a cliff-hanging ending and I cannot wait to see how it turns out. The author has a way of drawing you in within the first few pages. The book is well written.
Thank you to the author, publisher and Celebrate Lit for allowing me to read a copy of this book - all thoughts are my own.
