This is a fast paced military and medical thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. This is the first book that I have read by this author and it will not be my last.  Stephen Englehart  has skeletons in his closet. He never got over his parent's death - and he channels that frustration and tension into pathology. He is a medical examiner in the military. He soon uncovers that bodies are being mislabeled. There is even a body that is not dead when they come in. He starts to dig deeper and he finds a lot of coverups. In order to sort it all out, he has to confront the demons in his past.  The author writes the scenes in so much detail that you feel like you are standing in the corner watching everything unfold.  Thank you to the author, publisher and Partners in Crime Tours for allowing me to read a copy of this book.
